Our approach to every pension matter
We begin every client relationship with careful listening. Before any service is discussed, we want to understand the situation as you see it — the history, the concern, and what a good outcome would mean to you. That initial conversation is free and carries no obligation.
From that point, we recommend the appropriate service based on what the situation actually requires, not on what generates the most work for us. Many clients begin with an Assessment and find that the clarity it provides is sufficient. Others proceed further. We follow your lead.
Throughout any engagement, we keep a written record of every step, communicate at agreed intervals, and ensure that every significant decision is yours to make. The process moves when you are ready, and no action is taken without your understanding and agreement.

Pension Position Assessment
A clear-eyed look at where your pension stands today, including entitlements, recent changes, and any open questions. We explain everything in plain terms and let you decide what, if anything, to do next. There is never any pressure to proceed. Includes a written summary. Typical scope: one meeting over two weeks.

Client confidentiality
All client communications and documents are held under strict legal privilege. Information is shared only with your explicit consent.
Written engagement agreement
Before any service begins, you receive a clear written agreement setting out the scope, fee, and process. No work proceeds without your sign-off.
Lawyers Council membership
All counsel are members of the Lawyers Council of Thailand in good standing, practising under its professional rules and subject to its oversight.
